Amphibians and reptiles for kids

Reptiles and amphibians are related but also quite different from each other. Reptiles like crocodiles or snakes have scales, breathe air and usually live on land and reproduce by laying eggs. Amphibians live both in the water (in the first stage of their life), and on land using lungs to breath - they were the first animals to leave the seas of ancient earth.
